Upgrade product by customers’ reviews

We deeply appreciate customers’ feedback and reviews and use these to improve our products. We listen to our customers' needs and incorporate suggestions into our development process.  Our products must meet customers’ expectations and we take every step to ensure they are reliable, user-friendly.

Through customers' feedback, we learned that one of our products has problems with condensation and dazzling light. Our team members discussed and proposed solutions, upgraded product design, and introduced frosted lampshades to make the light softer and make the condensation invisible.
